Christmas Reflection from First Job (Found)

On Christmas Day, 25th December 2013. I'm 16 this year. Today marks the end of my first job at Robinson. Although I feel that today was the worst day for me in my job; teaching the new temporary staff the Cashiering Duties but only to receive a scolding by my supervisor. This made my day feel cloudy and moody. Although I received presents from my colleagues and Sales Manager, Joan Allen promoters, Novie, Judifer and Esther, and gave presents such as Chocolate too. I reeived a warm hug from Esther and I never knew that I could miss them starting from tomorrow as I would not be seeing them in the near future. I do not shop at Raffles City especially Robins as everything there is not within my budget.

I hope that my next job would be as smooth as this one and I would work doubly hard by not making so many mistakes and hope that I can work with good and reasonable people. During this journey from 22nd November 2013 to 25th December 2013, I learnt about Cashiering, How they operate, How they get their price tags, How sales can be so fun, exciting and tiring, How unreasonable customers can be, The number of tourists I see each day and also learnt to talk to customers bravely.

I am now paving my way for my business and Retail future. There are just too many experiences to think and share about, the mistakes I made, gift wrapping and the boys that asked for my numbers during this job. I do not think that I can forget this easily as it has been an exciting, interesting, tiring, money-making and memorable experience for me. I would not forget the colleagues I worked with as well for their guidance, patience and care. I give thanks to them!

To my diary~~~
